юр. договор стандартной формы, типовой договор (договор, имеющий стандартную структуру и содержащий типовые условия, в отличие от договора, условия которого в индивидуальном порядке обсуждаются и корректируются всеми участвующими в договоре лицами; такой договор, как правило, подразумевает, что его можно принять только целиком в текущем виде или отказаться от его принятия, поэтому термин часто рассматривается как синоним термина "договор присоединения")
